By accessing and using NoShow Recovery, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

NoShow Recovery is a service that helps teams recover from missed meetings by:

  • Connecting to your Google Calendar to detect no-shows
  • Sending automated recovery emails to meeting attendees
  • Managing recovery cases and email templates
  • Providing workspace collaboration features

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Google Calendar Integration

By connecting your Google Calendar, you grant NoShow Recovery permission to:

  • Read your calendar events to detect no-shows
  • Send emails via Gmail API on your behalf
  • Access necessary information to provide the service

You can disconnect your Google Calendar integration at any time through the app settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Transmit any viruses or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

6. Workspace Management

Workspace owners are responsible for managing their workspace members and settings. Owners can add or remove members, configure email templates, and manage integrations.

7. Email Content

You are responsible for the content of recovery emails sent through the service. You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable email marketing and privacy laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

NoShow Recovery is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Google Calendar integration and deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
